5. Service Guarantee
Our Commitment: We stand behind our work and offer the following guarantees:
- If pests return between scheduled treatments, we will re-treat at no additional charge
- Guarantee applies only to regularly scheduled maintenance customers
- Guarantee does not cover new infestations or different pest types
- Customer must maintain proper sanitation and follow prevention recommendations
Exclusions: Our guarantee does not apply if:
- Customer fails to follow preparation or follow-up instructions
- Structural modifications are needed and not performed
- Re-infestation occurs due to customer's actions or negligence
- Service was provided more than 90 days prior
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about pest problems
- Follow all preparation and safety instructions
- Inform us of any health conditions or sensitivities
- Notify us of any pets, children, or pregnant individuals on premises
- Maintain reasonable sanitation standards
- Allow access to treatment areas
- Report any concerns immediately
7. Limitations of Liability
Pest Control Bros shall not be liable for:
- Damage caused by customer's failure to follow instructions
- Pre-existing property damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Delays due to weather or circumstances beyond our control
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Insurance and Licensing
Pest Control Bros maintains:
- All required state licenses and certifications
- General liability insurance
- Workers' compensation insurance
- Professional indemnity insurance
9. Warranty Disclaimer
While we use proven methods and quality products:
- We cannot guarantee 100% elimination of all pests
- Results may vary based on conditions
- Multiple treatments may be necessary
- Ongoing maintenance is recommended for long-term control
10. Safety and Chemicals
Product Safety:

- All products are applied according to label instructions
- Safety data sheets available upon request

Customer Safety:
- Follow all safety instructions provided
- Keep children and pets away from treated areas as directed
- Ventilate areas as recommended
- Report any adverse reactions immediately
11. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate service:
- With 30 days written notice
- Immediately for breach of terms
- Immediately for non-payment
- Immediately for threatening or abusive behavior
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Contact us first to resolve the issue
- If unresolved, mediation may be required
- Disputes shall be governed by state law
- Legal actions must be filed within one year of service
13. Privacy
